The Supreme Court

The first thing I read was the article in the Benefits law Journal. About Follow the Money: Can Group Medical Plans Enforce Their Reimbursement Rights under the ERISA .This article talk about the U.S Employee Retirement Income Security Act and how the U.S in order to evaluate whether employer-sponsored medical plans reimbursement is enforceable. The article discusses the U.S Supreme Court cases of Verity Corp.
